Payment
Payment for goods is via PayPal's secure online system. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Tangerine Twist cannot accept any responsibility or liability arising from a disputed transaction made with PayPal, and advises that you read the company's terms and conditions before entering into any such transaction. We regret that goods will not be dispatched by Tangerine Twist until 'notification of payment received' is received. back to top
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days, a typical delivery time therefore is 5 working days. Delivery to UK customers is £1 per order or for orders over £50 free of charge. back to top
Guarantee
We guarantee our products for 6 months, subject to due consideration of our 'strap wear and care' advice, and excluding all deterioration not brought about by reasonable use and the result of natural wear and tear. back to top
Returns
Tangerine Twist hope you will be pleased with your purchase, but if not we are happy to refund or exchange goods as requested subject to the following conditions: Returned Goods must be received by us no later than 7 days from the delivery date. Goods must be unused and in saleable condition and packaged securely and in such a way as to afford protection to the item(s) during transit. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is being returned because it is faulty, or otherwise fails to comply with statutory regulations. back to top
